A recipe that predates the building
Kunafa Factory was born from a simple conviction: that the best Middle Eastern pastries deserve a home in Arlington, made the way they've always been made — by hand, in small batches, with ingredients that actually taste like what they're supposed to.
Our founder learned the craft from family recipes passed down through generations. The kataifi dough is stretched and layered by hand. The cheese blend is sourced for melt and tang, not stretch. The syrup is cooked to the exact consistency that lets every bite hold its shape and still give.
This isn't fusion. This isn't shortcut. It's the real kunafa — crispy on the outside, soft and yielding on the inside, and finished with a drizzle of sugar syrup that ties it all together.
